Elegant Floating Glass Shelves

Is there anything prettier for your bathroom or powder room than a floating glass shelf? Hard to think there is! We added elegant floating shelves to a handful of Allied Brass collections like this one from Waverly Place, shown in a bright polished brass finish.

Unique Design With or Without Gallery Rail

These floating glass shelves are our own unique design. The glass looks like it's floated up to reach the arms. A couple of small, unobtrusive supports at the back edge fit under the glass to add extra stability. They match the selected shade for the arms and other hardware you select.

Add a gallery bar to hold items in place - miniature framed photographs, collectibles, favorite tiny tchotkes. This striking piece is from our Prestige Monte Carlo collection, shown here with a polished chrome finish.

Sturdy, Wall-Mounted Glass Shelves

We used tempered glass for all our glass shelves, glass, which is about four times stronger than untreated glass. Tempered glass holds up far better to wear and tear over the years and can absorb moderate impacts, one reason why it's also used for glass table tops.

It's also called "safety glass" because its strength makes it difficult to break. If it does, it will disperse into small, rounded pieces instead of sharp shards.

17 Finish Choices or Customize Your Color

All our brass products are available in 17 finishes that won't fade, peel, or rust.

Our two collections constructed from pipe (Camo and Pipeline) are currently available in seven finishes, including matte white, black, and gray.

Or choose a custom color for a small, one-time fee. This way, you'll "own" the color and can add more Allied Brass accessories in that hue at no additional cost.

We can also customize certain pieces to meet your specs. Call us at 540-967-5970 or or send us an email. We'd love to hear your ideas!

Our other glass shelves include corner shelves and multi-tiered ones.
